In-Season Catering offers Sensational Food for Special Occasions. Chef and owner, Beth Johnson, prepares imaginative, contemporary dishes using fresh, regional delicacies. With more than 25 years of professional cooking and catering experience, Beth and her trained staff transform any gathering, large or small, casual cocktails to formal dinner, into a memorable occasion. Alaska wild salmon is one of Beth's specialties, which she grills as "A Moveable Feast" on the Cape Cleare Salmon Wagon. In Season Catering will be back serving salmon sandwiches and grilling Cape Cleare Salmon at the Port Townsend Farmers Market (Saturdays 9am-2pm) and at the Port Townsend Food Coop (Thursdays 11am-7pm) May-September.
