Cardio, Strength, Balance, Flexibility...and a lot of FUN! Improve your overall health, balance and mobility to stay strong as you age. Senior Fit instructors will lead you through a motivating program to build muscle strength, endurance, range of motion and flexibility. Classes provide options for standing or chair-based exercises, adapted for each person's abilities. Classes held Mondays and Wednesdays.
