Science-Based Somatics with Shanon Leonard
Come learn and practice the foundational principles of healthy movement. We'll explore mobility, strength, breathwork, and joint health. Class includes a 45 min movement lesson with an additional 15 min focus on a specific area of the body with Q&A. All levels can benefit, but especially those with previous joint injuries. This class may stand alone or help improve other athletic or mind-body practices. All Levels.
