Wednesday, April 24th, 10 - 1 PM, the Network Weaving Institute is offering a 3-hour online webinar training on Developing Facilitators’ Pools, which are a strategic tool used to facilitate the collaboration in networks. While sparked by the upcoming Global Earth Repair Conference (GERC), https://earthrepair.friendsofthetrees.net/ with participants coming from all over the world, this webinar will be apropos for anyone who wants to gain critical skills in network collaboration. The webinar will focus on key steps in building successful networks including:
· relationship building,
· the basics of self-organizing, and
· tools for facilitating and coordinating collaborative projects.
Learn strategies for clustering, connecting with facilitators in clusters, gathering information from participants during cluster activities, and ultimately convening collaborative sessions for clusters after the conference. The intent is to aid conference attendees and others interested in building long term momentum in knowing how to use tools and technology to weave connections, catalyze collaboration, and support innovation for breakthrough. Any individual or organization can derive great benefit from having the skills to foster networks for positive social change. Included in the fee is another webinar after GERC, mid-May.
