Do something good for yourself and the community! Yoga classes offered by donation, to benefit rotating monthly good causes and non-profits, all taught by area yoga teachers. Get your Downward Dog on! All classes to be taught at Madrona MMI studio.
Port Townsend area yoga teachers are teaming up with local nonprofits for FEEL GOOD. DO GOOD.
Yoga benefits YOU, and these monthly by donation yoga classes benefit great causes in our COMMUNITY! Breathe. Stretch. Feel good. Do good. Donate what you can.
WHEN: Each 2nd Monday, 5:30-6:30 pm. (Sometimes light refreshments will follow.)
WHERE: Classes are taught by yoga teachers from many studios - see list below - and are held at Madrona MindBody at Fort Worden.
WHO: YOU! These classes are for all levels, and flexibility is not required. Teachers will offer different options of poses for beginners, and more standard variations for those who are more experienced. Can’t touch your toes? Come anyway! Yoga is for everybody and every body.
How much? Donate whatever you can! $5? $15? $25?
Where? Classes are held in the ballroom at Madrona MindBody, at Fort Worden. Parking is free around the building - no Discover Pass is needed. Click here for a map.
