Feel Good. Do Good. Monthly Yoga Benefit
Monday, May 13, 2019, 05:30pm - 06:30pm

FEEL GOOD, DO GOOD is monthly community yoga benefit each 2nd Monday.

July 1 - A by-donation yoga fundraiser will be held for Jumping Mouse Children’s Center, a unique facility that supports Jefferson County children aged two to twelve who have experienced emotional stress or trauma. Participants can make a donation of any amount. The all-levels class will be led by Renee Klein, RYT 500, C-IAYT.

Some Jumping Mouse children are grieving the loss of someone close to them; others have experienced domestic violence, abuse, or neglect. Sometimes, they are coping with changes in family structure, or a serious illness or medical problem. When these and other stressors affect a child’s ability to communicate, to attend school, or to relate to others, Jumping Mouse can provide expressive mental health therapy, nurturing each child’s healthy development and supportive relationships at home and in the community.

Do something good for yourself and the community! Yoga classes offered by donation, to benefit rotating monthly good causes and non-profits, all taught by area yoga teachers. Get your Downward Dog on! All classes to be taught at Madrona MMI studio.

Port Townsend area yoga teachers are teaming up with local nonprofits for FEEL GOOD. DO GOOD.
