This is a six-week class for women wanting to prevent or reverse osteoporosis. It will cover diet, supplements, and exercise, including reducing chronic inflammation and improving gut health, as well as safely strengthening bones and muscles.
The class will be kept small so that each member gets personalized information and support.
We’ll meet for six Mondays, 11-12:30, beginning 1/28, at a location in central Port Townsend.
Cost is $275, or $200 for those on Medicaid, with a discount for those registering by 1/21.
Class will be taught by Elizabeth Walker, Ph.D., Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach.
