In this six-session class, beginning January 21, participants will learn
how to detox their bodies effectively, using diet, supplements, and herbs.
The goal is to prevent and treat many chronic health problems and to make a
leap toward better health habits for the long run.
The program is based on the book “The Toxin Solution,” by Joseph Pizzorno,
ND. Using guidance from the book and the teacher, participants will detox
and heal first their guts, then their livers, and then their kidneys, thus
allowing their bodies to release stored toxins effectively and safely.
They’ll also learn how to assess their own toxic exposures and how to
reduce this load.
Class will be taught by Elizabeth Walker, PhD, Certified Nutritionist and
Wellness Coach. Elizabeth has a private practice in Port Townsend. You can
learn more about her practice and this class, find out how to register, and
contact her with questions at www.PortTownsendNutrition.com.
The class will meet every other Monday, 4-5:30, starting January 21 and
running for six classes through April 1. Meeting place is in central Port
Cost is $275, or $200 for those on Medicaid/Apple Health.
