Hot Yoga - (Shauna Artman)- (All levels-Hot)
(ALL LEVELS) - (Hot) Hatha Yoga consisting of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures practiced in our cork floored movement studio heated to 105 degrees. Beneficial to cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal, reproductive, nervous and digestive systems. Release stress while gaining mental and physical strength, flexibility, and an overall sense of wellness.
Please arrive to class 10 minutes early. We recommend coming to class on a relatively empty stomach and hydrating well before class. Bring your yoga mat, a large towel to lay over your mat, a hand towel, and a water bottle that can withstand heat so you can hydrate during/after class. Wear light stretchy clothing and be prepared to sweat.
