Enjoy a community mindfulness event with facilitator Matt Ready. We will learn about mindfullness, practice some meditation and have a discussion about the methods and positive impacts of mindfullness. Following the meditation, Matt and guest speakers will host an optional live stream dialogue on related topics. The room will be setup so that you can come and go as you please from the mindfulness practice. Please dress warmly as the evenings are cooler! All are welcome! No experience necessary.
