(ALL LEVELS) - (Hot) Hatha Yoga consisting of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures practiced in our eco-friendly cork floored movement studio heated to 105 degrees/55% humidity. Release your stress while gaining stamina, flexibility and mental clarity.
These are the same 26 postures you may be used to practicing but instead of an 90 min. class it has been condensed down to 60 min. Each posture will be done once for a "Power Hour" workout! Get ready to sweat!
Please arrive to class 10 minutes early. We recommend coming to class on a relatively empty stomach and hydrating well before class. Bring your yoga mat, a large towel to lay over your mat, a hand towel, and a non-breakable water bottle that can withstand heat so you can hydrate during/after class. Wear light, breathable clothing and be prepared to sweat.
