In this class, we are invited to listen to and be more aware of our senses, and to respond with joy and aliveness to the wisdom, magic, and mystery inherent from moment to moment in life. This class offers exercises and experiences to free ourselves to discover and awaken some of the dormant possibilities inside.
This practice is about connecting: with ourselves and with others. The goal is to be present, to free ourselves from patterns and habits that we hold in our bodies—patterns that no longer serve us. Most of all, it is a chance to have fun and play, and to reclaim our vitality. No dance experience is needed. If you can breathe you can dance!
Margaret Schonfield is a Certified Soul Motion Teacher. Soul Motion is a conscious movement practice. She has been dancing her whole life.
