Learn the basics of acroyoga, which is a combination of yoga and partner acrobatics. This class moves quickly and you will learn to fly, fall, and base (take the weight of other people) in a way that is healthy and safe for your body. Some previous experience in yoga, dance or other movement training recommended.
Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to warm up.
