Where: "The Card Room” of the Port Townsend Community Center
When: The second Thursday of every month
Time: 3:00 - 4:30pm
The first 45 minutes we will share about our writing progress and our hopes for 2017. We will set goals together. The second 45 minutes the class will be given writing prompts based of point of view, character, and character relationships. This workshop offers you time and space dedicated to full immersion in imagining, remembering, observing, and creating.
About Pattie Miles:
Pattie is a playwright, director, performer, and theatre producer, active in Seattle since 1982 and Jefferson County since 2001. Her plays have been produced in Seattle, Pittsburgh, and Jefferson County. She has taught drama at the University of Pittsburgh and Peninsula College. She has used playwriting and improv techniques to teach English as a Second Language at Edmonds Community College and English Composition at South Seattle Community College. Pattie has an MFA in Acting from The University of Pittsburgh.
