| FairWinds Winery is committed to producing non-mainstream varietals along with more well-known wines and pricing them affordably. FairWinds is the only Washington winery to produce Aligote (a white Burgundy) as well as Lemberger, Blush, Mead, Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab/Merlot and Port. FairWinds Winery was established in 1993 by two retired Coast Guard couples. Our Tasting Room opened its doors in 1996. The winery is now owned by one of the original couples, Micheal and Judy Cavett. Its aim is to produce some of the lesser known Washington State varieties along with the more mainstream Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. | |

| Established in 1998, Sorensen Cellars is a small family winery dedicated to the limited production of premium wines at affordable pricing. Great wines are made from outstanding grapes, and we source our fruit from superior vineyards located in Eastern Washington. Soils, sub-soils, drainage, climate, all these factors along with smart vineyard management contribute to the production of exceptional fruit. At Sorensen Cellars we age our wines in French Oak Barrels, imparting character and structure yet aiming for balance, allowing the natural fruit characters to dominate the wine. Blending wines is a craft unto itself. We take great pride in selecting wines used to create a single varietal or using several varietals to create a blend. Come visit our tasting room.
