| Gray Wolf Ranch is an intermediate-care residential recovery lodge. We are located fifty miles northwest of Seattle on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. Sited on 20 wooded acres, the Lodge provides a transitional living environment for up to 24 young men between the ages of 14 and 25 in early recovery from chemical addiction. The Lodge is an 10,000 square-foot residence designed and built for the Gray Wolf program. There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room and a group meeting room. A 2,000 square-foot annex provides room for exercise and recreation facilities. | |

Since 1994 she's combined these techniques with Tellington Touch - the gentle way to work on animals for physical and behavioral healing and meditation/journeying classes - enhanced by travels to many countries and studying with Ecuadorian shaman. Physical therapy, massage, intuitive healing and healing/meditation classes are all provided in Port Townsend. Intuitive automatic writing provides support for animals and people who are in major life transition and those they leave behind. | Heather Duffy offers a wide range of yoga classes: gentle, beginner, basic, continuing, and prenatal. She has been studying yoga for 20 years beginning with a strong foundation in Iyengar Yoga, and more recently inspired by Anusara Yoga. Heather's teaching style helps students to discover ways to practice yoga postures that enhance breath awareness and healthy alignment. She encourages listening to and following the inner cues of the body and spirit so that students learn to trust in their own innate wisdom. Heather teaches at the Yoga Shala near the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. The Shala is a small studio surrounded by flower gardens in a quiet neighborhood. Class size is limited to 12 people which ensures quality instruction and individual attention.
