noun 1. a completely spontaneous theatrical production, where nothing is planned, everything is fluid, and it's therapeutic, comedic, and from the heart.
Come experience a night of wild laughs, and wicked characters, created on the spot! Key City Public Theatre's troupe gets a work out, using audience suggestions and their own wacky imaginations to bring a new world to life each night.
IMPROV at the KEY is a new monthly initiative, spearheaded by KCPTs Community Engagement Coordinator, Crystal Eisele. Every third Tuesday at 7:30pm (beginning Tuesday, February 21st) KCPT's improve troupe will gather at the playhouse to entertain anyone and everyone who walks in the doors. Members include: Consuelo Aduviso-Brennan, Lawrie Driscoll, Emily Hand, Michelle Hensel, D.D. Wigley, and Connor Zaft. This month's Guest Artist is Duncan Frost.
Improv at the Key is pay-what-you-wish, suggested donation is $10. Located at the KCPT Playhouse at 419 Washington St.
