Beginner Tibetan Rites w/ Alignment-based Yoga
Debra has been teaching Tibetan Rites for more than 12 years. She believes by combining the Tibetan Rites with a set sequence, of alignment focused Sun Salutations that this is all the body needs to stay physically healthy. Once the “warm-up” is done, you can expect the rest of the class is dedicated to the specific needs of each student in attendance incorporating yoga therapeutics and the Great Yoga Wall. By practicing Alignment-based yoga you will see an increase in strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration and relaxation with the ability to move with more ease, regardless of your limitations.
