Historic Homes Tour, Port Townsend, Washington

Port Townsend boasts the Northwest's greatest selection of Victorian homes and buildings on the National Register. Because of its unique historic circumstances, the town has retained a fine collection of public and residential structures, many of which have been largely unaltered- except for recent restoration- since the 1890's.

We are proud to have one of four remaining Victorian Seaports on the National Register.

The home tour is self-guided (map provided) and may be done on either Saturday or Sunday, or both days on a more leisurely pace. You may visit the sites in any order you choose. Wear comfortable shoes. Paper booties will be provided and required before entering each home.

After the tour...visitors can explore the many shops, art galleries and antique stores, enjoy a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants, or simply wander along the sandy beaches that ring Port Townsend on three sides.
